Our policy
Our packaged policy, underwritten on a CLAIMS made basis by Berkley Insurance Company. Starting at only $181/year, it includes BOTH Professional Liability (E&O) and Commercial General Liability (Slip & Fall). Optional property, business interruption, and crime coverage is available as well as complete ENTITY coverage for small businesses.

Certificates
Along with your Registration Form, we require copies of your certificates for the modalities for which you are requesting insurance.
